Make a difference where it matters most – in the patient's home

Do you want to work closely with patients, make your own decisions, and be part of a secure and engaged team?

At Aleris Basal Home Care, you have the opportunity to use your full competence as a nurse in a business where every effort makes a real difference. We are looking for someone who wants to combine independent work with a strong sense of teamwork and who thrives in an operation where development, quality, and care go hand in hand.

About Us

Aleris Basal Home Care works on behalf of health centers and general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. We provide patients with secure and safe care at home, operating from five geographical locations in Stockholm County.

We are part of Aleris Primary Care, along with ASIH, specialized palliative care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

We are currently looking for a nurse for our office in Farsta. Here you work in a defined geographical area and travel between patients in our environmentally certified company cars. The office is centrally located in Farsta with good transport links.

About the Role

As a nurse with us, you have a varied and developing job where no evening is like the other.

You lead nursing assistants, conduct planned and emergency home visits, and are responsible for medical assessments and interventions in the patient's home. Part of your working time is spent on referral handling. The work ranges from simpler care tasks to care with advanced medical equipment and technology.

Together with our call center, we also handle alarms from 1177 and SOS Alarm.

Documentation is done in the journal system TakeCare, and work shifts are planned in Epsilon. You also have an experienced administrative team that helps with planning and coordination, so that you can focus on the patients.

Working hours are evenings 15:00–23:00 and daytime weekends 07:00–16:00. You work 2 out of 5 weekends.

Examples of tasks

  • Lead and distribute work in the clinical team
  • Perform planned and emergency home visits
  • Conduct medical assessments and treatments in the patient's home
  • Collaborate with colleagues, health centers, and other healthcare providers
  • Contribute to safe, secure, and person-centered care

Why nurses choose to work with us

With us, you get:

✓ Work closely with the patient and make a real difference
✓ A varied job with great independence
✓ A team where we help and learn from each other
✓ Present leadership and short decision-making paths
✓ Opportunity to influence working methods and develop the business
✓ Modern digital tools that simplify everyday life
✓ Individually adapted introduction with follow-up
✓ A culture where commitment, ideas, and initiative are appreciated

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or district nurse with at least two years of experience.

You have:

  • Category B driver's license
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with the journal system TakeCare
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in home care is an advantage.

As a person, you are confident in your professional role, professional in your approach, and have the patient's best interest at heart. You enjoy collaborating with others, take responsibility, and contribute energy, care, and commitment to the group.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As part of our work for a more fair and competence-based recruitment process, we have chosen to collaborate with Hubert.ai.

After you submit your application, you will be directly invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview, but serves as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process.

The interview normally takes about 15–20 minutes to complete, and we prefer that you do it as soon as you have the opportunity.
