Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you play a central role in ensuring safe, secure, and close care. You are responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up of nursing and medical interventions, always with the patient's needs and resources in focus.

The work is independent and varied, with many points of contact and close collaboration with care staff, doctors, rehabilitation teams, and other professionals. You lead and coordinate nursing care together with the patient, relatives, and the team around the patient, while working as the responsible nurse involves long-term responsibility for patients with complex care needs. For specialist nurses, this includes an extended responsibility for health promotion.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with experience working in elderly care, primary care, or hospital care. You are social, cooperative, and have a good ability to adapt to varying tasks and work environments. Further education in geriatrics, open healthcare, or mental health issues among the elderly is meritorious. Prescription rights for medication are also seen as an advantage.

You should have good computer skills, and experience documenting in digital systems via mobile and computer is a plus. It is crucial that you are social, attentive, and independent, with the ability to create a sense of security for our patients. We also value that you have a reflective working style and are solution-oriented.

A Category B driver's license for a manually shifted passenger car is a requirement for the position. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
