Your responsibilities

As a production technician at Kinnex, you will play a central role in developing, supporting, and optimizing production. You will work closely with operators, production managers, and technicians to ensure that our machining processes function optimally.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ensuring that tools, fixtures, and equipment are available and prepared before production starts.
• Creating and updating NC programs and instructions, as well as making changes when drawings or processes are adjusted.
• Performing advanced troubleshooting and providing technical support to operators and production.
• Driving improvement work related to production equipment, methods, and processes to increase productivity and quality.
• Designing, manufacturing, and registering fixtures.
• Participating in deviation management, analyzing disruptions, and contributing to sustainable solutions.
• Participating in internal and customer-related projects and supporting the implementation of new products and businesses.
• Developing routines, standards, and structures related to production.

The role is broad and varied, involving both practical and analytical work. You will work in a team with high technical competence and become an important part of our continued development journey.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a technical education or equivalent experience and have worked with production technology, CNC machining, or similar. You have a background in cutting machining and have experience working with NC programming, preferably in Mastercam.

Your background means that you:

• Have experience with milling or turning and can handle complex technical problem solving.
• Feel confident working with tools, fixtures, drawings, and machining processes.
• Are comfortable with systems and enjoy working structured in business systems and digital tools.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
