We are currently looking for a Nurse/Community Nurse.

Tureberg Health Centre is a well-established, medium-sized clinic with satisfied patients and a stable nursing team. We are located in Sollentuna Municipality, close to the commuter train station at Sollentuna Centre, just 15 minutes from Stockholm Central Station. We are a team of 30 employees providing primary care for approximately 10,100 registered patients. We supervise nursing students, medical students, as well as resident and specialist doctors.

Our services include a doctor's clinic, nurse and community nurse clinics, medical foot care, home care, telephone advice, diabetes clinic, asthma/COPD clinic, osteoporosis clinic, elderly care clinic, psychologist/psychotherapist clinic, and rehabilitation coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

The work as a Community Nurse/Nurse is varied and includes work both at the clinic and in home care. At the clinic, duties include telephone advice, chat, own clinic sessions, and other common tasks. In home care, you will primarily work with home visits and coordination of our home care patients.

Requirements:

We are looking for a registered nurse, preferably with further education in primary healthcare and prescribing rights. We believe you have a genuine interest in working at a health centre, are positive, solution-oriented, and driven. Previous experience from a health centre is advantageous.

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Full-time (100%). Working hours Monday–Friday. Probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.

In patient-facing roles within Stockholm County Council's Healthcare Area (SLSO):

  • A register check is conducted before the employment decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines.
  • Employees with patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination via occupational healthcare before employment.
  • In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
