Stockholm – our capital city filled with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone who lives here today and in the future. We are now looking for you who want to think big, new, and different with us – for the people of Stockholm.
Welcome to us
Årstaskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) with approximately 880 students and 120 employees, located at two geographical sites. Grades F-6 operate in the original school building near Årsta Square, while grades 7-9 are temporarily located at Gullmarsplan.
At Årstaskolan, we aim to nurture the curiosity and desire to learn in children and young people. Knowledge, stimulating study environments, and digital tools adapted to students' needs should characterize the school. We have high expectations that all students will achieve good results and develop their potential. The operation is built on respect and participation, where all students can find security and a quiet place to study. At Årstaskolan, every child's right to a good education is ensured, regardless of background.
We have two school nurses on staff, and we may also collaborate with our neighboring school, Skanskvarnsskolan, where there is an opportunity to work approximately 20-30% if you wish to work full-time.
