Welcome to Gottsunda Health Centre!
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and interested in primary care work. At Gottsunda Health Centre, we now offer a permanent position at 100% with a start date as agreed.
We focus on secure employment and good benefits
Through our collective agreement, we offer excellent benefits. Read about the benefits here (https://regionuppsala.se/jobba-hos-oss/bli-var-nya-kollega/formaner/). In addition to your individual development plan, we also have regular training days for competence development. This means you are part of a large network with knowledgeable colleagues.
Your role
Your role as a nurse will involve varied work. This includes assessing and helping patients in telephone advice, as well as in direct meetings at planned clinics, the minor injuries unit, and home visits.
You will collaborate closely with other professions at the health centre, such as district nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists. We actively work to improve patient flows through triage and booking for all professions, and you will be a natural part of this development work. If you enjoy taking responsibility for smaller or larger improvement projects, that is a plus!
Opportunities for some remote work are available.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Experience in primary care or telephone advice is meritorious. In-depth knowledge in minor injuries or Cosmic Link is also considered an advantage.
As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work efficiently. To be successful in the role, you must be flexible in your working methods. The job requires good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Our operations

Our operations are broad, and all professional areas within the health centre's mandate are represented; general practice clinics, SÄBO (care for people with disabilities), Child Health Centre (BVC), Maternity Health Centre (MVC), Family Centre, and Youth Clinic. Many of our patients come from other countries and cultures, which makes the work with us particularly varied and interesting. The health centre values accessibility, long-term commitment, and continuity. We have good collaboration between professions and help each other out in daily tasks big and small. Here, you will be welcomed to a workplace with warmth, care, and professional pride.
