Our lovely and very family-oriented health center is located in northern Sollentuna, right next to the Norrviken commuter train station and a pleasant residential area.
We are now looking for a nursing assistant to join our wonderful team!
At the health center, we are a team of approximately 22 employees, with solid knowledge and many with extensive primary care experience. Our work group consists of a mix of different professions: doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, and medical secretaries, all of whom complement our fantastic team! We are a tight-knit team with low staff turnover and a high level of camaraderie! Here, seriousness is mixed with lightheartedness.
We know our patients well, and the atmosphere is very cozy and family-like, and we are looking for a new family member!
We offer residents and our patients good care at a high medical level with a focus on patient safety and quality. We are responsible for approximately 8,000 registered patients. We operate a doctor's office, a nurse/district nurse clinic, home care, an asthma/COPD clinic, a diabetes nurse service, and medical podiatry. We also have a well-staffed psychology clinic. Job Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you will primarily perform basic home care in our patients' homes. The tasks are delegated by the nurse and include administering medication, checking blood sugar and administering insulin, wound dressings, stoma care, and other important tasks in the patient's home. All of this involves significant personal responsibility and gives you the opportunity to organize your own work.
For daily work, we primarily use our electric bikes as patients usually live in the local area, so for this position you need both a B-driving license and driving experience, as well as the ability to cycle!
Qualifications
Nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare and eligibility to work in Swedish healthcare.
Experience working in primary care, home care, and healthcare is a requirement!
Experience with the TakeCare medical record system is advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Employment Type
Permanent employment. We may apply a probationary period. Working hours Monday–Friday. Start date by agreement.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal transfer, according to current regulations.
In patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new hire examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
