- Work Team SU (Student Welfare)
- Support functions (special needs pedagog, special needs teacher, school counselor, student coordinator, and student assistant)
This announcement concerns the recruitment of a teacher in music and home economics. The position is approximately 70% music and 30% home economics.
Job Description
You are part of a PREST work team with physical education teachers and craft teachers. You teach all students in grades 4-6 in music and grade 6 in home economics. You do not have a specific mentor responsibility but teach slightly more in return. Your teaching is fundamentally analog and based on the meeting and interaction between student and teacher. Where it can be objectively justified, you use digital tools.
The work consists of planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching based on the students' needs and the organization's goals. This work is done both individually and together with your work team. As part of the PREST work team, you also have greater responsibility for joint activities such as outdoor days and closing ceremonies. You have a systematic approach to your tasks and value analyzing your own performance and development.
As part of the school staff, you are also an important actor in the joint work to create safety and study peace throughout the school environment.
Qualifications
You are a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach in music and home economics.
You appreciate the benefits of belonging to a work team and have the ability to both follow jointly made decisions and contribute actively to the school's development by coming up with your own ideas and encouraging innovation. In addition to collaborating with the work team, you also collaborate with other work teams and the student welfare team. You have the ability to both give and receive help constructively.
In the classroom, you have clear pedagogical leadership. You build relationships and create a safe and structured environment where students see each other as resources and learn together. At the same time, you have the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs when required.
