About Us

Mervida AB is a care company with operations within home care services, residential support, and escort services. We are in an exciting growth phase and currently have approximately 400 employees distributed across 10 units in Stockholm and Norrköping.

We are now looking for an experienced and engaged coordinator who wants to contribute to developing and ensuring the quality of our operations.

About the Role

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting as agreed.

As a coordinator, you play a central role in the operation and are responsible for coordinating daily operations. You act as a key link between customers, employees, social secretaries, and management to ensure a well-functioning operation with high quality.

The role includes planning and scheduling, handling absence, and ensuring that approved services are carried out as planned. You work continuously with administration, documentation, and follow-up, which requires good structure, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

An important part of the assignment is to follow up on implementation plans, documentation, and other administrative processes to ensure quality and compliance with the operation's routines and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in coordination and planning within healthcare and social care

  • Good computer skills and administrative ability

  • Experience with the planning system Epsilon is an advantage

  • Education as a nursing assistant is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

About the Position

Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Weekdays, working hours as agreed
Salary: Fixed monthly salary as agreed
Employment Type: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
Start Date: As agreed.
