Welcome to Bergdalskolan F-6, a school with approximately 330 students, where we work every day to give our students hope for the future. As a teacher in the after-school center (fritidshem), you play a central role in creating a learning, developmental, and meaningful after-school program. We offer a wide range of activities for our students. Student participation is a central part of our approach, and we plan our activities based on this.

Our after-school center is undergoing reorganization, and you have the opportunity to help build our operations based on the new structure.

You will plan the activities according to the national curriculum together with your work team and other colleagues, ensuring that the quality of the after-school program is monitored and evaluated. You work to create a safe and stimulating environment where every student has the opportunity to develop both individually and in groups. Together, we create an environment where students feel hopeful about the future.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach in after-school centers, or alternatively, are trained as a youth worker (fritidspedagog) or a certified preschool teacher.

For this role, we require a commitment to creating a stimulating and meaningful time at the after-school center for our students. You have a creative ability and are rich in ideas when planning the content of the activities, while also possessing the ability to work systematically to turn ideas into action.

You are positive and have a good attitude by building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and role model. As a person, you are responsible, capable of collaborating through open communication, have an attentive approach, but are also able to work independently.
