You will become part of a growing team working on the digitalization of the Army. The team consists of systems engineers, technically leading roles, and specialists in system integration and support. The work is carried out in close collaboration, where the team's combined competence is more important than every individual knowing everything. We are looking for someone who has:

• Some years of work experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Networking (prior knowledge in system architecture, routing, transmission, data centers, building data networks)
• Programming, experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Bat, PowerShell), applied configurations that work in Windows/Linux environments
• Radio and communication systems

• Post-secondary technical education (university, college, vocational, military) in Computer Science/Networking/Technical Physics or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Opportunity to travel for work occasionally
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

• Technical background from the Swedish Armed Forces (Leading role/Army Combat School/Technician)
• Knowledge of command support systems within the defense industry

About the role As a System Integrator, you work with the integration, testing, verification, and support of communication and command systems. You work close to the system with both software and hardware, ensuring that different subsystems function together in an operational environment. The work takes place in system labs, at facilities, and in the field – often in close collaboration with the customer and user. Examples of tasks:

• Integration, testing, and verification of radio, network, and command systems
• Troubleshooting in complex system environments (networks, radio, transmission, and system configuration)
• Building reference environments for testing and verification
• Support during exercises and operational activities
• Work with both software, hardware, and system-adjacent technology
• Work both at facilities and in the field, sometimes involving travel
