DinBil Audi Östermalm is looking for a service-oriented and structured Service Advisor for a summer temporary position with good opportunities for extension. As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the company and a key person in the meeting between customer and workshop.

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for receiving customers, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that every customer receives a professional and smooth experience. You act as the link between the customer and the workshop – you prepare cost estimates, explain completed work, and follow up on cases from booking to delivery. The role requires both strong communication skills and a technical interest.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer contact and service, preferably within the automotive industry
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced role
• Is structured and meticulous in administration
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or knowledge of Audi and its products is considered an asset.
