Do you want to be part of developing one of Gothenburg's most established car care facilities?

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented person who wants to take responsibility for the daily operations of our facility. You will have a central role where you combine sales, customer service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Sales of our services in-store and over the phone
• Customer reception and advice
• Handling of email and phone
• Planning and distribution of tasks
• Quality control of completed work
• Follow-up on customer satisfaction
• Administrative tasks related to daily operations

We are looking for you who

• Are service-oriented and enjoy working with people
• Have good organizational skills and can plan work efficiently
• Are responsible and self-motivated
• Have good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience from car care, auto repair, or the automotive industry is advantageous, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, the willingness to learn, and a strong customer focus. We will teach you what you need to know about our services.
