We are now looking for a personal assistant for a part-time position of approximately 70%. Our client is a 24-year-old young man who lives in his own apartment in his family's house in Huskvarna. He has a great interest in music and appreciates active play. As a personal assistant, your task is to support him in all moments of everyday life and contribute to a sense of security and a stimulating environment.

What does the position entail?
Our client has multiple disabilities and needs support in all parts of his daily life. The work includes personal care, medical tasks, training according to a training program, walks, and play. You will work closely with both our client and his family, which means that personal chemistry is important for you to enjoy working together.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are positive, proactive, and secure in yourself. You enjoy working with people with special needs and see the individual behind the disability. Experience in similar work and/or autism is meritorious, but not a requirement as personal suitability is decisive. The work can be physically demanding, so it is an advantage if you are in good physical shape. Our client is sensitive to infections, which means you need to have generally good health and be a non-smoker. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
