Cooperative EMIL is an assistance provider that has been operating since 1994.

Cooperative EMIL is currently looking for several substitutes who can start immediately and work with us this summer. Please be clear about your availability in your application.

We are looking for someone who is positive and flexible and has a professional attitude. You should be able to take initiative but also follow guidelines and instructions. Previous experience working with people, professional experience from healthcare and social care, and/or education in the field is required.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and for awake nights. Please be clear in your application regarding your availability.

We prefer that you are trained as a nurse assistant or alternatively have extensive experience working in healthcare and social care.

You will become part of the member's daily life, with all that entails. Duties include cooking, cleaning, and support with dressing and undressing.

These assistance roles involve medical interventions such as wound care, tube feeding, and use of a cough assist machine. Epilepsy is present, and experience in this area is an advantage.

Communication is important for the assistance to function as well as possible, so you must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Upon employment, you are expected to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the police criminal record).
