What will you be working with?
In the role of Production Operator, you will primarily work with the manufacturing of paint and filling into packaging at our paint manufacturing factory. Forklift driving is included for the transport of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Mixing (batching) raw materials to produce paint.
- Monitoring machines during production and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Filling products into packaging.
- Operating a forklift.
This is a permanent full-time position with a working day of 7.6 hours. We are currently seeking three Production Operators, where shifts may include both day and evening shifts. You will report to Hanni Ahmed, Department Manager at MF2.
Who are you?
As a Production Operator, we require technical competence and interest, a high sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills. You enjoy working hands-on and using your body in your work. You are a stable and reliable person who actively strives to improve work processes and strengthen the team's competence. You are a humble team player who wants to contribute to an open and positive work climate. You enjoy finding solutions to problems, sharing your knowledge with others, and can handle working in an environment with high safety and delivery requirements.
We prefer that you have a completed upper secondary education with passing grades. Fluency in Swedish is required for the position. A forklift license and previous experience from the manufacturing industry are meritorious but not required.
