Job Information

The position is organizationally placed within the Culture and Leisure Administration, specifically in the operations unit responsible for managing the administration's facilities, sports grounds, exercise trails, supporting local associations, and being part of the administration's team for events and arrangements. Currently, there are two supervisors in the group with similar tasks focused on outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

The Culture and Leisure Administration (KoF) and the Employment and Development Unit (AME) in Klippan Municipality are launching a group for individuals who are far from the labor market. Their mission will be to form a "maintenance group," handling simpler caretaking tasks across all municipal operations.

KoF is responsible for the practical operations. The group's work involves acting as a "maintenance resource" for all municipal departments, giving participants insight into the municipality's entire operations. The tasks will be highly varied and based on the needs submitted by the departments, but may include:

• Simple craft and repair tasks.
• Assistance with events and arrangements.
• Transport services.

AME works to strengthen individuals who are far from the labor market and support them on their path to self-sufficiency. We work with assessing work capacity, matching candidates with the labor market, and providing individualized support throughout the process. Each participant placed on an internal internship is always linked to a dedicated employment consultant at AME. The consultant follows the participant continuously, ensures the purpose and goals of the internship, and is responsible for follow-up, planning, and any adjustments to the setup.

Target Group and Purpose

The target group for this work team consists of individuals who, for various reasons, are far from the labor market. The purpose of their placement varies based on individual needs, such as:

• Work Training: Assessing work capacity and strengthening work-life routines.
• Language Practice: With the opportunity to develop Swedish in a practical environment.
• Internship: As a step towards regular employment or studies.

Participants need a context with structure, security, and clear supervision in their daily work.

The Supervisor Role

The person hired will have an important dual role. You will work operationally with incoming tasks and serve as a supervisor for the participants in the group.

The supervisor is responsible for daily work, planning, task distribution, and creating a functional work environment. To succeed in this role, you must be confident in meeting people with different backgrounds and support needs, able to motivate and create structure, and collaborate closely with the employment consultants who handle all individual follow-ups. You will be part of a work team with two other supervisors focusing on the maintenance of outdoor areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and motivating.
• Personal suitability: You are confident in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and with different support needs, can motivate, create structure, and collaborate.
• Education or documented competence in caretaking/maintenance work.
• Structured and accustomed to independently planning and prioritizing in your work.

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.

Duration: Start date as soon as possible, but no later than September 15, 2026. End date: December 31, 2027.
