About the Role

Ikett is currently looking for an engaged employee who wants to work with service, maintenance, and customer support within the machinery and equipment sector for our client in Helsingborg! Do you want to combine technology, customer service, and practical work in a varied role? Then this is the role for you! In this position, you will have a broad and varied daily routine where you work with both customers and technical equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are in good condition through service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The work is primarily performed from the company's facility, but customer site visits occur regularly. You will also provide advice on various machine solutions, support customers in their choice of equipment, and contribute to efficient deliveries and returns. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Troubleshooting and quality control
• Customer advice and product guidance
• Handling the delivery and return of equipment
• Administrative tasks related to operations
• Ensuring safety and environmental requirements are met

You will become part of a collaborative team where everyone helps each other and works together to create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Working hours are during the day. Start immediately or as agreed!

Your Profile

Requirements for the position:

• At least two years of experience in service work, repairs, and machinery knowledge.
• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written), and good English skills.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Experience operating wheel loaders or other large machinery.
• Operator certificates for relevant machinery.
• Experience from rental operations within the machinery sector.
