About the role

Ikett is now looking for an engaged employee who wants to work with service, maintenance, and customer support in the machinery and equipment sector for our client in Lund! Do you want to combine technology, customer service, and practical work in a varied role? Then we have the position for you! In this position, you will have a broad and varied daily routine where you work with both customers and technical equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are in good condition through service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The work is primarily performed from the facility, but assignments at customer sites occur regularly. You will also provide advice on various machine solutions, support customers in their choice of equipment, and contribute to efficient deliveries and returns. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Troubleshooting and quality control
• Customer advice and product guidance
• Handling of equipment delivery and return
• Administrative tasks related to the operations
• Ensuring that safety and environmental requirements are followed

You will become part of a collaborative team where everyone helps each other and works together to create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Working hours are during the day. Start immediately or as agreed!

Your profile

Requirements for the position:

• At least two years of experience in service work, repairs, and machinery knowledge.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
• Good computer skills, such as knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Experience operating wheel loaders or other larger machinery.
• Operator certificates for relevant machinery.
• Experience from rental operations within machinery.
