At Movant's Digital School, you will have a varied role where you combine practical industry knowledge with pedagogy, digital teaching, and the opportunity to make a real difference for both participants and the industry.

About the role

Movant's Digital School is a national unit that supports our schools across Sweden. We assist with new hires, temporary needs, and long-term assignments, while simultaneously developing new working methods for the vocational training of the future.

We are now looking for vocational teachers with competence in installation electricity, industrial electricity, distribution electricity, or other electrical engineering fields. The role may involve both remote teaching and practical elements at one of our schools or at a company. The location is determined by agreement, and there is an opportunity to work from a Movant school, from home, or from an office within AcadeMedia.

As a vocational teacher with us, you will share your knowledge, mentor participants, and contribute to their development of both practical skills and theoretical understanding. You will become part of an engaged team with colleagues across the country, where flexibility, solution-focus, and professional pride are important parts of daily life.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with solid experience from the electrical industry who wants to take the next step into an educational role. You have a genuine interest in people, learning, and professional development.

We would like you to have:

• Professional certification in installation electricity, industrial electricity, distribution electricity, or another electrical engineering trade
• At least five years of professional experience from the electrical industry within the last ten years
• Experience in teaching or mentoring adults
• Ability to adapt teaching to the different needs of participants
• Good pedagogical skills and experience in explaining theory and practical tasks
• Good digital proficiency
• Ability to travel for work when needed

It is an advantage if you have a teaching license, other pedagogical experience, or competence in high voltage and/or signaling systems within railways.

Employment type

Permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

The position is flexible; you can be stationed at any of the locations where we operate.
