We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher for Förskolan LÄR in Nacka.
Are you a licensed preschool teacher who is passionate about children's development, learning, and well-being? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the preschool's pedagogical mission, who is engaged, flexible, creative, and proactive. You collaborate easily, are curious about new knowledge and research, and wish to develop together with your colleagues.
As a preschool teacher at Förskolan LÄR, you hold the pedagogical responsibility based on the curriculum's mission. You plan, follow up on, and develop the operations together with the work team through systematic quality work, where documentation and reflection are important tools. You also build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
