DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-standing growing company specializing in high-quality roofing and roof maintenance in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 30 employees who collaborate with approximately 40 subcontractors. Our operations are based out of our premises in Länna Industrial Area. We are currently looking for a person who can oversee and take responsibility for the most important thing we do for our customers: ensuring their ordered roofs are delivered superbly, on time and within budget. DYNAMIC & EFFICIENT FOREMAN

What does this role involve?

As a foreman at DM TAK, you keep an eye on everything from "A to Z". It is demanding work. To give you a taste of what you are expected to be responsible for: You plan deliveries and conduct kick-off meetings, maintain contact with subcontractors, and ensure that the right personnel and all necessary materials are on site, whether it involves sheet metal, felt, roof tiles, maintenance, or painting. You ensure the budget is maintained, necessary documents are completed, and that the workplace and workers adhere to our safety regulations.

You help solve ongoing problems that may arise, and you correct and encourage the staff. During the work process and upon project completion, you perform quality controls and ensure that those who need to be informed are notified in a timely manner. All of this to ensure we can deliver roofs that last longer.

What do we require of you?

As you likely understand, this is not an easy job; it requires a lot. However, the most important thing is that you have the right will and ambition to become a high-performing member of the DM TAK team.

You have always been efficient and truly enjoy getting things done. It is beneficial if you have experience participating in or leading construction projects. Any knowledge gaps you may have can be filled if you have the right ambition and work hard. Therefore, it is important that you view this position with a long-term perspective.

You enjoy helping people and have already demonstrated that you have good capacity and a strong interest in getting your responsibilities done as expected or better. So, even if you do not currently work as a foreman, you have shown that you are highly productive and willing to work hard to achieve set goals, both short-term and long-term.

You will work from our office in Länna and travel from there to the delivery addresses you are working on. You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, are relatively computer literate, and hold a valid driver's license.
