Now is your chance to take a key role in one of the region's most socially significant assignments. Caverion is looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader in Facility Operations for our assignment with Stockholm Exergi.

The assignment covers technical management, operation, and maintenance of Stockholm's most significant energy facilities, including Värtan, Brista, Högdalen, and Hässelby.

Stockholm Exergi is a crucial part of the city's infrastructure, working with resource-efficient solutions for heat, electricity, cooling, and waste – an assignment that truly makes a difference.

Your role – where technology meets leadership

As a Team Leader, you will hold a central position in a competent team where you lead and plan the work, while also participating in the daily technical tasks. As a group, you contribute to creating safe, efficient, and future-proof operations.

You will, among other things:

• Lead and distribute work within operations and maintenance
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in delivery
• Be a key person in the dialogue with the customer and business
• Drive improvements and development of technical building systems

Who are you?

We are looking for you who combine technical competence with natural leadership. You motivate others, take responsibility, and thrive in a role where you get to influence and develop.

You likely have:

• Experience in facility operations in complex buildings
• Experience leading teams or coordinating work (meritorious)
• Good technical breadth (control and monitoring, electrical, HVAC, installations)
• Ability to create structure, engagement, and good collaborations
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance according to current regulations.
