Radea is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Project Manager within ventilation and OVK for our office in Stockholm.

Here, you will become an important part of our team where collaboration, customer focus, and a high level of service are the foundation of our work. In this role, you are responsible for driving and developing projects from the initial customer contact through to implementation and follow-up.

About the role

As a Project Manager at Radea, you work with customer relations, project management, and business development within ventilation and OVK. You plan and manage several projects in parallel and serve as a reliable point of contact for our customers throughout the entire process.

• Have experience driving and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and thrive taking ownership from start to finish.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and able to see both the details and the big picture in a project.
• Are communicative and enjoy building long-term relationships with customers, boards, and property owners.
• Work independently but appreciate collaboration in a small team where lack of hierarchy, engagement, and customer focus are a natural part of everyday life.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar roles dealing with housing cooperatives, boards, and property owners, preferably within multi-family housing.
• Basic knowledge of ventilation and/or radon.
• Experience in project management and sales within the real estate sector.
• Experience with balancing/adjusting ventilation systems is considered a merit.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
