LetsGig AB is looking for a highly experienced Project and Production Manager for a long-term consulting assignment within a major infrastructure program in the Stockholm area. This role is suitable for you if you have extensive experience with station buildings, railway environments, large infrastructure projects, and working in or near a client organization.

Scope and Workplace

The assignment is full-time.

The workplace is in Sundbyberg, and the assignment requires physical presence at the office five days a week. During the first month, a slightly lower workload may be accepted to facilitate the transition from another assignment.

Computer and workspace are provided. For any site visits, the client's vehicle is normally used. The work may involve staying in or near road, track, and railway environments, which requires safety awareness and familiarity with controlled work environments.

About the Role

You will work as a Project and Production Manager for station buildings and station environments in railway settings, primarily commuter and train stations. The role involves functioning as a senior resource in a larger project organization, driving, coordinating, and following up work across several stages.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and production work for station buildings and station environments.
• Ensure that solutions are safe, buildable, reliable for operation, and maintainable in the long term.
• Review the work of design consultants and contribute to quality assurance of documentation.
• Be responsible for or participate in the preparation of maintenance documentation and final documentation.
• Participate in work related to procurement strategy, contract procurement, and production planning.
• Identify and coordinate interfaces between projects, contractors, stakeholders, and technical disciplines.
• Follow up and report on time, economy, quality, environment, working environment, and risks.
• Prepare estimates, forecasts, analyses, reports, and investigations regarding production issues.
• Lead or participate in internal and external meetings.
• Contribute to good collaboration with the project organization, contractors, stakeholders, residents, and local businesses.

Required Qualifications

• You have a university or college education equivalent to a Swedish Civil Engineer degree with a relevant specialization, or other education and experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
• You have at least 8 years of experience with large infrastructure projects with a total budget over 300 MSEK, for example as a design manager, construction manager, or project manager in or for a client organization.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in designing station buildings for train traffic. Subway and tram do not count towards this requirement. You must have worked as a design manager or in a similar role responsible for coordinating design work. The experience must not be older than 15 years.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in constructing station buildings for train traffic. Subway and tram do not count towards this requirement. You must have worked as a project manager, site manager, or coordinating construction manager. The experience must not be older than 12 years.
• You have knowledge of the standard contracts AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09.
• You have documented good knowledge of AMA (Swedish construction standards).
• You have documented knowledge and experience of the client's responsibility for the working environment.
• You have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have a valid Safety and Security Training (SoS).
• You have handled tasks related to BAS-P and BAS-U and have training certificates for BAS-P/BAS-U that are not older than 5 years.
• You have a valid Category B driver's license.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in handing over station buildings, technical equipment, and final documentation to a regional public transport authority or equivalent receiving organization within the last 8 years.
• Experience with relevant partnering or collaboration projects.
• At least 2 years of experience as a skilled worker, foreman, or site manager in a relevant building or civil engineering project.
• Experience with technical systems and requirements for commuter train stations in the Stockholm area.
• Experience with complex station environments with many technical interfaces, ongoing traffic, high safety requirements, and multiple parallel stakeholders.
