As a Project Owner with us, you have full responsibility for your project from the early stages to completion. Profitability, progress, quality, and customer value – that is yours. You lead the project team, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and have the mandate to make the decisions required to ensure the project lands correctly.

You report to the Regional Manager and are a key voice in how we develop both our projects and the company moving forward.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• be responsible for the project's economy, schedule, quality, and results
• lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• drive project development based on market, target group, and sales strategy
• manage risks, find solutions, and maintain progress
• ensure that projects comply with laws, authority requirements, and our internal processes
• work based on sustainable urban development, architecture, and customer value
• quality-assure decision-making materials and report project status to the Regional Manager and management
• ensure that projects meet the requirements for the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and our sustainability goals

Person Profile

You have a few years of experience in residential and project development and know the industry inside out – the Planning and Building Act (PBL), the Building Regulations (BBR), the detailed planning process, and construction and property economics are second nature to you. You likely have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent competence built up through other means, and you have a good understanding of the market, sales, and the business model around residential development in the form of housing cooperatives (BRF).

You are a confident leader who makes teams function, have strong business acumen, and understand the business model of residential development in the form of housing cooperatives. You switch easily between the big picture and the details, and you drive things forward without waiting to be asked.

Just as importantly: you are someone people want to work with. You build relationships, are direct when necessary, and contribute to the atmosphere around you.
