As a contracting engineer at Molöf Bygg, you will have a central role in our projects. You are responsible for supporting and driving the economic, administrative, and scheduling processes of the projects. The role acts as a hub between site management, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that projects are carried out according to contract, schedule, and budget.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and follow up on project procurement and schedules
• Handle queries, tenders, and agreements with subcontractors
• Maintain economic minutes and create forecasts for costs and revenues
• Compile documentation for cost reporting and invoicing
• Responsible for final documentation and relationship documents

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant education in the construction field. An academic degree from a university or college is an advantage
• A few years of experience as a contracting engineer with an economic focus
• Good computer skills and experience working in project systems. Experience with Next is a plus
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in Swedish and English
