With the individual in focus, interventions are implemented through assistance for people who need help and support at home, special housing, temporary short-stay places, and personal assistance. All links in the chain contribute to high-quality and safe care for our residents.

There are three nursing homes in Stenungsund Municipality: Tallåsen, Lövberga, and Pressaregården. This recruitment is for Pressaregården, which is a care home.

Job Description

As an Assistant Nurse, you will perform standard tasks within elderly care. An important part of the job is to create a meaningful daily life for the individual, ensuring that you address each resident's specific needs and conditions.

You will work based on contact person assignments and implementation plans, and collaborate closely with other professional groups such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The role includes documentation and performing healthcare tasks on delegation.

The employment percentage varies between 80-100%. Your working hours will be scheduled across days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for 2-3 Assistant Nurses.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who:

• Have completed the Care and Nursing Program or another education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Have good computer skills.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.

Furthermore, we value candidates who wish to work with development, have a solution-focused mindset, and enjoy working in teams where the individual is at the center.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience within elderly care.
• Good knowledge of documentation, BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare (documentation software).

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A satisfactory extract from the police criminal record must be presented before an employment offer is made.
