We are now looking for a structured, engaged, and experienced ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR who wants to help develop and maintain our quality and environmental work. The role is a support function, and you are responsible for developing and driving the unit's environmental and sustainability work. You act as a key support function in close collaboration with both internal and external parties.

The position is located in Ängelholm.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate environmental aspect registers and work with legal monitoring and compliance
  • Review chemicals and create instructions according to legal requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and classification of chemicals
  • Handle substance inquiries and related customer-related questions
  • Participate in the preparation of our sustainability report and report on CO₂ footprint and environmental data
  • Main responsibility for handling transport deviations
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and participate in external audits
  • Assist with tasks in other areas within the Quality and Environment team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic knowledge and experience of management standards with a focus on ISO 14001 and ISO 13485.
  • Training as an internal auditor.
  • Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
  • Experience with chemical handling, legislation, and risk assessments.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting including environmental data.
  • Experience working in document and case management systems.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.
  • Good skills in the Office package.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience conducting life cycle assessments - desirable.
  • Experience working in a medical device environment - desirable.
