We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant for Oatly in Landskrona, with the possibility of part-time work on weekends after the summer. Introduction and training will take place during the summer.

Responsibilities

Oatly operates within the food industry. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will primarily work with microbiological analyses. This involves performing streaking on plates. The role also includes maintenance and care of equipment. You will also participate in various projects in our client's production.

The work is a part-time position, and the schedule is set for Saturdays and Sundays, approximately every third weekend, as well as during the summer. Additional shifts may be added.

Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Attributes

You may be at various stages of your studies, but we prefer that you have a few semesters remaining. You should also be interested in part-time work on weekends and holidays.

You are preferably studying food science, microbiology, laboratory technology, or a similar field. We would appreciate it if you had experience and interest in analytical work in a laboratory setting. You are computer literate, proficient in the Office suite, and have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. You are communicative and responsible, and you can work independently while planning your time and tasks.
