BioInvent is a clinical-stage biotechnology company discovering and developing new, unique immunomodulatory antibodies for cancer treatment in various ongoing clinical Phase 1/2 trials for hematological cancer and solid tumors. The company's validated, patented F.I.R.S.T technology platform both identifies and treats the tumor and associated antibodies, thereby generating several new immunomodulatory candidates that can contribute to the company's own pipeline in clinical development and thus also assist in licensing and new collaboration opportunities.

Technogarden has the privilege of assisting BioInvent International AB in finding an experienced and independent QC Analyst/Engineer for a consultancy assignment that may potentially lead to a permanent position.

The company's revenues derive from research collaborations and license agreements with several leading pharmaceutical companies, as well as from the production of antibodies for third parties in the company's fully integrated manufacturing unit.

The Quality Control department consists of 11 employees and functions as a QC lab for the company's own products as well as for analyses on behalf of customers. We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in varied analytical work with qualified analytical methods.

Responsibilities

  • Chemical and physical analyses of BioInvent's and external customers' antibody products for clinical phases. Data handling and reporting.
  • IPC, release, and stability analyses.
  • Validation of analytical methods including planning, data evaluation, and reporting.
  • Documentation in the form of updating methods and instructions.
  • All work is performed according to GMP, and extensive internal training takes place before authorization is granted for each task.
  • Evening work occurs on occasional occasions during the year.

Your Qualifications

Requirements

  • Analytical chemist or equivalent at university level
  • Experience in analytical work in a GMP-regulated laboratory
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • High attention to detail and ability to plan your own work in collaboration with colleagues
  • Experience with HPLC and/or capillary electrophoresis/ELISA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in protein analysis
  • Good knowledge of method validation including statistical evaluation
  • Report writing in English
