Welcome to become part of our growing municipality – and to work with us to provide our residents with even better service.

We offer an attractive workplace that gives you great opportunities to develop in your professional role. Our goal is for everyone to thrive and grow throughout their entire career. We also want to develop as an employer and actively work to make the most of your knowledge and engagement. We appreciate and encourage participation from everyone.

Uddevalla Municipality is a beautiful place by the sea in the heart of Bohuslän. We believe in an open and positive interaction between the municipality, education, business, and culture.

We hope you will enjoy working with us!

About the workplace

We want to contribute to increased swimming skills and water confidence among our visitors by creating conditions for bathing and recreation through organized instruction and playful experiences. Rimnersbadet should inspire and contribute to health and exercise for the general public, as well as create conditions for training and competitive activities for clubs and their operations.

Job Responsibilities

As pool staff, your work primarily involves cleaning the pool areas, but you also lead water and sauna activities such as water aerobics, wetvest sessions, and sauna gatherings.

You also work in our reception, perform lifeguard duties, and ensure safety in the swimming hall. The job is about creating a pleasant stay through good customer service, including cleaning, activities, reception duties, and lifeguarding.

We offer you a varied job that requires you to take a lot of personal responsibility and be a good team player.

We have operations every day of the week, both during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Good computer skills are important as all our systems are digital. We would like you to have a personal interest in public health, exercise, and sports.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities when appointing the position.
