We are currently looking for a Service Technician for Göteborgs Brandservice AB. As a Service Technician at Göteborgs Brandservice AB, you will help our customers ensure their fire safety. You will inspect, maintain, and install fire safety equipment, rectify deficiencies in accordance with current laws and regulations, document completed work, and identify and drive potential improvements for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role of Service Technician, you are expected to identify customer needs, document your work meticulously, and inform customers about our product and service offerings. You are also responsible for ensuring that services are performed according to industry guidelines. Our customers expect to meet a professional technician who prioritizes quality and precision. The work is independent, but a significant part also involves collaboration with other technicians, team leaders, and service coordinators. Our customers are spread across the country, and the role involves a few days of travel per month.

Start: Likely early September

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to agreement

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service and review our customers' fire safety systems.
• Meticulously document and follow up on our customers' preventive fire safety measures.
• Present and implement measures to ensure our customers have optimal fire safety.
• Improve and update fire safety on-site.
• Responsible for upselling to existing customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Strong social skills
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish

• Industry experience
