Primary Care Center Sjöbo is strategically located in the heart of Skåne, with easy commuting from Ystad, Simrishamn, Lund, and Malmö. For those who choose to drive, we offer free parking right outside the primary care center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a developing primary care center with a focus on the development and education of, among others, specialty trainee doctors (ST-doctors).

As a doctor, you participate in scheduled rounds, REKO rounds, and doctor meetings. During the terms, we also organize South East doctor meetings with invited speakers. Everyone has their own laptop and mobile phone to enable flexibility and remote work. You also have scheduled preparation time.

In the role of MLA, you are part of the primary care center's internal leadership group and will contribute to high patient safety at the center. You will also be part of an MLA network and have close contact with the chief physicians. The scope of the assignment is 20 percent.

As a specialist doctor here, you work together with five other specialist doctors, nine ST-doctors, and two AT-doctors. Together with the other professional groups at the primary care center, you are responsible for investigating, treating, and following up on our patients. You have your own registered patients based on the extent of the position. Further education and collegial collaboration are prioritized areas to enable an stimulating and attractive work environment.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, but we also offer the possibility of part-time or hourly employment. If you are already employed at another primary care center, there is an opportunity to have a shared position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare with specialist competence in general practice. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are also a requirement.
