Personal Assistant for Male with Multiple Functional Impairments (Part-time)

We are looking for a personally engaged and responsible employee for a user with multiple functional impairments and extensive support needs. The work involves providing support in all basic and other daily needs, as well as following the individual care plan that is available.
The user has been approved for day activities, and you who apply must be able to work during the times the user is attending day activities. The position is part-time.
To succeed in the role, in-depth knowledge of the user is required to understand and interpret signals, needs, and wishes. We are looking for you who are secure, willing to work, responsive, and have the ability to build a trusting relationship over time.
Due to the user's individual needs and wishes, we are seeking a male personal assistant in this recruitment. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, the ability to create a sense of security, and respect for the user's privacy.
