Gislaved Municipality is looking for a TSI Coordinator who wants to lead the development of work with Early Coordinated Interventions (TSI). This position is a key role in the municipality's initiative to strengthen preventive work and create better conditions for children, young people, and families to receive the right support at the right time.

As a TSI Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to build structures, lead processes, and develop collaboration between the municipality's operations and external partners.

About the Workplace

The Unit for Prevention and Interventions, Children and Family consists of 23 dedicated employees working with both preventive work and outpatient interventions for children, young people, and families.

Here, you will find the Family Center, Youth Clinic, SSPF (School and Social Services Collaboration), Young Individual, Parent Support Counselor, School Social Team, and Outpatient Treatment all gathered under the same unit. We work closely together with a focus on early interventions, collaboration, and sustainable solutions for children and families.

An important part of the assignment is to work in the school arena and in close collaboration with school leadership, student health services, and other professionals within the educational sector.

As a TSI Coordinator, you report directly to the Unit Manager and collaborate closely with management, operations, and partnership partners in the municipality.

About the Assignment

TSI is being developed to create a clear entry point for professionals who identify needs among children and young people and to strengthen collaboration between relevant actors.

As a TSI Coordinator, you play a central role in building, coordinating, and developing the work. You will work both strategically and operationally, focusing on collaboration, implementation, quality development, and knowledge dissemination.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for coordinating and developing the municipality's work with Early Coordinated Interventions. The assignment includes being a clear entry point for professionals, coordinating and following up on TSI cases, and planning and leading consultation teams and other collaboration forums.

You lead, together with relevant operations, the implementation of TSI in the municipality and work on developing structures, routines, and forms of collaboration. The role also includes quality and development work, for example by coordinating competence development, spreading knowledge, compiling results, and contributing to a knowledge-based approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work, behavioral science, or other higher education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working with children, young people, and families, as well as experience in collaboration between different operations and professions.

You have good knowledge of the missions of social services, schools, and student health services, and experience in development, change, or process leadership. You express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have experience with TSI or other collaboration assignments, project or implementation work, SIÅ (Systematic Integrated Action), and a systemic and solution-focused approach.

You enjoy coordinating people and processes, have a strategic perspective, and the ability to turn ideas into practical implementation. You are communicative, confident in leading meetings, and have a genuine commitment to the living conditions of children and young people.

Employment Type

The position is a project employment during the period 2026–2028 and is financed through government grants for the development of preventive and early interventions for children and young people.

TSI is a prioritized initiative in Gislaved Municipality, and the ambition is for the working method to become a long-term part of the municipality's preventive work. Provided that the operational needs remain and necessary decisions are made, there is an opportunity for permanent employment after the end of the project period.
