About Us

Capio Staffing & Recruitment (CBR) offers staffing and recruitment assignments throughout Sweden. We provide specialists such as specialist physicians, licensed physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians within fields including geriatrics, rehabilitation, ASIH (Advanced Support in Home Care), palliative inpatient care, and physician services in special housing (SÄBO). We offer flexible and varied assignments with competitive terms. Staffing assignments range from single shifts to longer-term engagements.

Your Role

As summer approaches, we are looking for independent nurses who wish to join our team of skilled and appreciated colleagues at Capio's ASIH units. This is a great opportunity for you if you have been considering this unique form of care. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Advanced home care (ASIH) allows our patients to remain in their own homes despite a high care need. We provide home care for patients requiring medical treatment during illness, disease progression, or palliative interventions.

The tasks are varied and rewarding. Standard duties include medication administration, pain relief, wound dressing, blood sampling, etc. Since patients are cared for in their homes, a driver's license is a requirement. You play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and supporting relatives.

What We Offer

  • Market-competitive compensation, collective agreement, and summer bonus.
  • Flexibility – work part-time or full-time.
  • We care about our staff; when on assignment, you are part of the Capio team.
  • Wellness benefits.
  • Discounts at Specsavers.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with at least two years of professional experience. Previous experience with ASIH is desirable but not required. We are looking for someone available for work during weeks 26–33. The role requires strong prioritization skills and comfort working independently at patients' homes. Personal qualities are important to us; we value flexibility, positivity, and an open, cheerful work attitude. A genuine interest in people is essential.

You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Does this sound interesting? Then we want to hear more about you!

We look forward to receiving your application!

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.

If you proceed in the process, background checks against the Swedish Police Authority's register will be performed.

We kindly but firmly decline all direct contact from staffing and recruitment agencies as well as job advertisement salespeople.
