Capio Staffing & Recruitment (CBR) offers staffing and recruitment assignments throughout Sweden. We provide specialists, licensed physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians within fields such as Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, Advanced Home Care (ASiH), Palliative Inpatient Care, and Physician Services in Specialized Housing (SÄBO). We offer flexible and varied assignments with competitive terms. Staffing assignments range from single shifts to longer-term projects.

Your Role

With summer approaching, we are looking for independent nurses who wish to join our team of skilled and appreciated colleagues at Capio's ASiH unit in Norrtälje. This is a great opportunity for you if you have been considering this unique form of care. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Advanced Home Care (ASiH) allows our patients to remain in their own homes despite a high need for care. We provide home care for patients requiring medical treatment during illness, deterioration of health, and palliative interventions.

You will encounter varied and rewarding tasks. Typical duties include medication administration, pain relief, wound dressing, blood sampling, etc. Since patients are cared for in their homes, a valid driver's license is a requirement. You play a key role in ensuring patient safety and supporting relatives.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. You have at least two years of professional experience. Previous experience with ASiH is desirable. We are looking for someone who can work part-time/full-time during weeks 29–32. The role requires strong prioritization skills and comfort working independently at patients' homes. Personal qualities are important to us. We value flexibility, positivity, contributing to an open and cheerful work climate, and a genuine interest in people.

Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
