Job Description

Are you a nurse assistant who wants to use your specialist competence to create a meaningful and active daily life for people with cognitive diseases? Here, you will play a central role in an engaged team working person-centered and health-promoting.

You will work both strategically and operationally with a focus on person-centered care, mental health, and good interaction.

As a specialist nurse assistant, you will among other things:

• Supervise and support employees in attitude and interaction
• Educate employees in person-centered care and mental health
• Perform assessments and develop individual interaction strategies
• Work for good and safe care and enable aging in place
• Collaborate with different professional categories, patients/users, and relatives
• Work independently with structure, planning, and follow-up

Requirements:

• Trained nurse assistant with specialist education in cognitive diseases or equivalent
• Experience working with people with dementia and mental illness
• Good familiarity with documentation according to the Social Services Act
• Experience in educating and lecturing to large groups and feel confident in this role
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid B driving license
