About the Role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a retail assistant for full-time work in Umeå. This is a role for you who enjoys customer contact, has a service-oriented approach, and wants to contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for the store's customers.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, service, and professional interaction are in focus. The role offers varied tasks in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary but include among other things:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the store
• Handling cash register and payments
• Picking and restocking merchandise
• Ensuring the store is well-organized and attractive
• Handling deliveries and basic warehouse tasks
• Contributing to a high service level and a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals

Qualifications

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on your attitude, engagement, and willingness to develop.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or service
• Cash register experience
• Experience in sales and customer contact
• Experience in warehouse or merchandise handling

• Full-time position
• Location in Umeå
• Working hours according to schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
• Start date as agreed
