About the role

As a Food Operator at Orkla, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and responsible role where process monitoring is the focus. You will play a key role in the work, responsible for quality control and ensuring that production follows established procedures and regulations.

Here, top quality and safe products are our highest priority! The tasks may vary depending on which department you work in.

In this role, you will become part of an engaged and positive team where collaboration and attention to detail are the keys to success. We work quickly and efficiently together to deliver the highest quality. The position is full-time and involves working either during day shifts or in a 2-shift system.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop within the food industry! The position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Adecco and hired out to our client, Orkla in Kungshamn, with a start date after the summer.

About you

We are looking for you who is a team player, meticulous, and structured in your work. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are always ready to give your best. Work ethic and the willingness to take responsibility are second nature to you. To succeed in the role of Food Operator, we see that you have:

• Good physical fitness, as the work involves a lot of standing and walking.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing – you have no problem understanding and following instructions.
• A flexible attitude towards your tasks.
• A driver's license and access to a car.
