Kunskapscompaniet provides adult education at Rödjan Prison, and we are now offering an opportunity to work in a very secure, structured, and well-organized environment. Here, you will work in a security-cleared, professional context where your main task is to factually and pedagogically convey vocational knowledge to the inmates. To successfully shoulder this responsible role and maintain the quality of teaching, you need to have a specific and solid background.
Your responsibilities🌟 As a vocational teacher at Kunskapscompaniet, you are responsible for the entire teaching within the program together with your colleagues. You plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the instructions and current regulations found in the Swedish National Agency for Education's course plans, as well as our internal guidelines and policies.
🌟 The teaching includes both theoretical and practical components, and you should be competent in both areas.
🌟 The position also includes sourcing, planning, and follow-up of work placement (APL) sites, where we would appreciate your contribution through your professional network within the industry.
Requirements✔ An education adequate to the field of education, or alternatively, 2 years of professional experience from the relevant educational area.
✔ Pedagogical education or at least one year of experience in adult education. Young adults (16–25 years) are also considered adults in this context.
✔ And other described competencies.
ConditionsEmployment type: Permanent. Probationary period applies.
