Are you a skilled TIG welder looking for the next step in your career? Manpower is currently seeking experienced TIG welders for Xylem in Gothenburg. Here you will work with qualified welding in a modern workshop environment, develop within your profession, and become an important part of a successful industrial team.

This position is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Xylem. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at Xylem in Hisings Backa.

The position is located in Hisings Backa, Gothenburg, and is a long-term full-time assignment starting immediately or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.

Do you want to take the next step as a TIG welder in the industry? As a consultant via Manpower at Xylem, you will work with qualified TIG welding in stainless steel and aluminum in a modern and developing industrial environment. The role suits you who wish to combine workshop work with assembly and installation at the customer's site, providing a varied and stimulating workday.

You will become an important part of production and delivery, where the focus is on high quality, precision, and safety. Here you have the opportunity to develop within advanced welding, while working in an engaged team at a well-known industrial company.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding in stainless steel and aluminum
• Welding of pipes in various dimensions (approx. 100–300 mm as well as smaller pipes)
• Work in a workshop environment as well as assembly and installation at the customer's site

The person we are looking for

We are looking for you who are an experienced and independent TIG welder with a strong sense of quality and precision. You are confident in your professional role and enjoy working both in production and out in the field.

Qualifications

• Documented experience of TIG welding
• Category B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
