As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient production with high quality. Your main tasks include:

• Setting up and programming machines according to drawings and production materials
• Monitoring production and ensuring quality
• Performing ongoing checks and adjustments
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational disruptions
• Contributing to a safe, structured, and well-organized work environment

You have industrial experience, preferably as a machine operator, and are accustomed to working in a technical and production-oriented environment. As a person, you are meticulous, technically interested, and curious, with a strong commitment to your work. You are cooperative and thrive working both independently and in teams. You take responsibility for your tasks, have good problem-solving skills, and contribute to a positive work environment through your structured and flexible approach.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience from an industrial environment
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and measuring techniques
• Good technical understanding

Merits

• Experience with CNC-controlled machines
• Forklift and/or overhead crane license
• Robot welding, TIG and MIG welding, eccentric press, laser cutting machine (Amada), press brake
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
