Do you want to work practically with advanced technology in a role where quality, service, and collaboration are at the center? We are now looking for a mechanic/technician for our aftermarket production, where you will combine technical expertise with engagement, structure, and positive energy.
The RoleAs a mechanic in the aftermarket, you will work with disassembly, systematic troubleshooting, analysis, and reassembly of articles and equipment coming in for service. We also work with new products made from both raw materials and repair parts. You ensure that the work is performed according to our quality requirements and contribute to an efficient and customer-oriented flow. The role involves close collaboration with management and planning, as well as digital documentation of technical deviations.
We would like you to have a strong technical curiosity and a desire to develop with us within service and troubleshooting. As a person, you thrive in practical work and are motivated by variety, responsibility, and making a difference for both customers and colleagues.
Experience, Requirements & MeritsExperienceExperience in troubleshooting, repair, or service in a workshop environment
Practical experience from industry, vehicles, machinery, or marine service is highly meritorious
Completed upper secondary education is a requirement
Upper secondary education with a technical focus (e.g., industrial, automotive, or marine technology) is meritorious
Alternatively, other education combined with documented technical interest and practical experience
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic understanding of measuring equipment
Basic knowledge of bearing and shaft installations
Knowledge in mechanical assembly and hydraulics
Basic computer skills and English proficiency
Welding skills (TIG/MMA) are meritorious
Turning/milling skills are meritorious
Knowledge in CNC machine operation and CAM programming is meritorious
Knowledge in laser measurement is meritorious
(Selection is made with particular emphasis on personal competencies)
