Lindbo School is one of three F-6 schools in the town of Hallstahammar. The school, housed in renovated premises, has just over 450 students distributed across three parallel classes. The school also has three after-school care departments.

The school has spacious playgrounds that invite outdoor activities and are equipped with inviting play equipment.

Classes F-2 work in close collaboration with our after-school care centers in school cooperation, where after-school pedagogues enter the classrooms and are responsible for various activities. There is plenty of space to vary and differentiate teaching. The school has high teacher qualifications and a well-developed student health team consisting of three special education teachers/special pedagogues, a counselor, a school nurse, and a school psychologist. Here, all students are seen thanks to good cooperation within the school and with guardians and external actors.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license and the qualification to teach in Wood and Metal Craft.

You have the ability to lead and motivate students and create a safe and educational classroom environment with engaged and participating students. Your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure. For the work to be successful, you need to have good collaboration skills and be relationship-building, as good relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues are fundamental to the work.

You need to have the ability to adapt your teaching based on results, evaluations, and the individual student's needs. To achieve this, you need to have a good understanding of how different students absorb knowledge and the ability to adapt your teaching method at both group and individual levels.

You understand the importance of working towards the school's overarching goals and following established routines, guidelines, and decisions, and you work loyally for the benefit of the operations.
