Lindeborg Health Centre

Lindeborg Health Centre is a well-functioning and pleasant healthcare unit in southern Malmö, with good contacts with other healthcare providers in the district. We see collaboration as a success factor and are a health centre that strives for openness and views communication as a natural work tool. Our daily work is characterized by a patient focus and value-driven management, where business development is a natural part of our way of working.

Our health centre is well-equipped in terms of both staff and medical equipment. Today, we are 38 employees in different professional categories who take care of our slightly over 8,200 registered patients. We offer a complete range including a doctor's office, district nurse's office, psychologist, social worker, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. You will also find specialist clinics for heart failure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension. Additionally, we have a Child Health Centre (BVC) and a training centre for future specialist doctors with several training positions. Together, we work to offer all our patients secure and accessible primary care with high-quality treatment.

You can easily reach our bright and nice premises, built in 2008. We are located next to Hyllie Station, near the arena area and Emporia, with good commuting opportunities to other parts of Scania as well as Copenhagen.

Job Description

We now welcome a licensed nurse to our wonderful team at Lindeborg Health Centre.

As a nurse with us, you will work with telephone advice, triage, and assisting doctors during various treatments and examinations. You will be one of eleven nurses and specialist nurses. Together, based on competence and areas of interest, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the health centre according to the professional group's areas of responsibility. With us, this involves both teamwork and individual responsibility in different areas such as preventive health work, control visits, or administrative tasks.

Together, we create our unit within the framework of the assignment.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to work in Swedish healthcare, and additionally have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. We also assume that you are well acquainted with working in Swedish healthcare and the regulations governing it. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working at a health centre and/or are accustomed to making independent medical assessments.

We see that you as a person are interested in processes that improve patient care and want to contribute to the development of our way of working at the health centre. You are comfortable solving tasks independently, while also being a good team player. Furthermore, you have a good sense of order, great initiative, and enjoy working with people. We also value that you have a positive attitude and are flexible, structured, and solution-oriented. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
