Landborgen Health Center is one of Helsingborg's largest health centers, with approximately 14,000 registered patients and around 60 employees. Here, specialists in general medicine, district nurses, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counselors, dietitians, rehab coordinators, and several other professions work in close collaboration.

We work in cross-professional round teams where different professional groups meet several times a week to discuss patient cases, share knowledge, and contribute to safe and continuous care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you have a varied and developing job where you play a central role in the patient's care journey.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Telephone advice and medical assessment
• Work at the triage reception
• Opportunity to work with digital chat
• Close collaboration with several professional categories
• Possibility of some remote work within parts of the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. You have experience of clinical work as a nurse. It is considered an advantage if you have work experience from primary care and telephone advice.

As a person, you are secure, flexible, and solution-oriented. Working at a high pace comes naturally to you, and you have the ability to prioritize when the situation requires it. Collaboration is something you appreciate, and you actively contribute to a positive work environment. In meetings with patients and colleagues, you act with a listening ear and professionally, and you are driven by development, learning, and quality work.
