Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work as a Production Manager in the Dispatch Department. In this role, you have personnel responsibility for 15 employees in the department and ensure that the business meets set goals regarding quality, safety, efficiency, delivery precision, and profitability. You are responsible for the picking and packing of spare parts, as well as ensuring that our finished units are packed and loaded correctly and efficiently.
The role also includes booking transports and invoicing. As a Production Manager, you coach and support your team in their daily work and actively work for a positive work climate where everyone feels a sense of responsibility and involvement. In addition to personnel responsibility, you are also responsible for salary discussions, onboarding of new employees, competence development within the team, and occupational health and safety responsibility.
You belong to a close-knit group of managers consisting of four production managers and one coordinator, where you have close cooperation and a strong sense of camaraderie. Of course, you also work together with other departments to achieve the factory's set goals.
Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for an engaged and confident leader who is driven by developing both people and working methods. We believe you have experience from a leadership role within warehousing, logistics, production, or other operational activities where picking, packing, dispatch, and transports have been a natural part of the flow. Perhaps you currently work as a Team Leader or Production Manager and are accustomed to leading employees in daily work. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good understanding of logistical flows, delivery precision, quality, and safety, and that you are used to working in a structured manner in a high-tempo environment.
If you have experience with transport booking, invoicing, or working in business or warehouse systems, we consider this an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are clear, present, and solution-oriented, with the ability to create engagement and involvement in the team. You thrive in a role where you get to combine operational presence with responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily work.
