Construction Worker specializing in Tiling and Carpentry

Samwil Nordic AB is looking for a construction worker for work within small-scale construction and renovation projects.

The company works with various types of renovation tasks, including bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, flooring installation, door mounting, woodwork, painting, and other standard renovation duties.

Job Responsibilities

The work consists mainly of tiling and renovation work. The tasks include among others:

• Tiling, ceramic, and porcelain work in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
• Preparatory sub-work prior to tiling and renovation.
• Demolition, restoration, and simpler construction work in connection with renovation projects.
• Carpentry, such as the installation of kitchens, doors, and other interior details.
• Flooring installation, parquet laying, and simpler woodwork.

The work is expected to consist mainly of tiling/ceramic/porcelain, especially in bathrooms and kitchens, but also carpentry and other renovation work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in construction and renovation work.
• Has experience with tiling, ceramics, and porcelain.
• Can work practically with carpentry, mounting, and flooring.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Can follow instructions and perform work with high quality.

Experience with bathroom renovation and wet room work is considered an advantage.

Start Date: According to agreement

Workplace: Stockholm and surrounding areas / according to company assignments
